What is Canected?
Canected is a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) delivering 500Mbps enterprise-grade internet to businesses in downtown Vaughan and surrounding areas.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve commercial clients within a 15km radius of Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, including business parks along Highway 7, Highway 400 corridor, and the Corporate Centre district.
Is this fiber internet?
No, we use fixed wireless technology—high-speed point-to-multipoint wireless connections. This allows us to deliver fiber-like speeds without the need for fiber infrastructure.
Service Details
What speeds do you offer?
Currently, we offer 500Mbps symmetrical (500Mbps download AND 500Mbps upload).
Is there a data cap?
No. Unlimited bandwidth. No throttling. No surprise overage charges.
Do I need line-of-sight to your tower?
Yes, fixed wireless requires clear or near-clear line-of-sight. We perform a free site survey to assess this before installation.
How long does installation take?
Typically 1-3 business days from site survey approval to full activation.
Beta Program
What does “beta” mean?
We are in active testing with pilot customers, refining our service based on real-world use before our full commercial launch. This is a working beta—you get full internet service while we optimize performance.
